Manufacturing of metal yoke of electrical socket by compound tool
Svozilová, Lucie ; Řiháček, Jan (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The project elaborated design of technology production of the metal yoke of electrical socket made of steel DX51D + Z200 by compound progressive tool. Stock material for series of 200 000 pieces is a strip of coil. Manufacturing is realised in five steps consist of cutting, bending and flanging. For flanging was constructed a special mechanism for whose is necessary to use hydraulic counterholder, which is sold as a special peripheral equipment of manufacturing machine. The machine choice was adapted to this criterium. The servopress DSF-N1-800A was chosen as a manufacturing machine, which is made by AIDA company. The press can produce force of 800 kN and make work of 4000 J. Selling price of a one yoke is 24,5 Kč when the profit is one hundred percent. The break-even point comes with 58 140 made piece.
Production of joint folded out the rule
Šoukal, Hynek ; Podaný, Kamil (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
Project developed within the bachelor study presents a proposal production technology of joint folded out the rule from construction steel 12 060. Thick is 0,5 mm and the production ran is specify at 30 000 units a year. In accordance with literature studies and by calculations have been designed a combined roll forming tool, which consists of a rack with two pillars. This tool will be fix in on eccentric press LEN 10C by SMERAL, Trnava, with nominal press force 100 kN. Trimming punches, holding punch and bending puch are made of tool steel, grade 19 436.3. Lower functional part of the tool ass well.
Plastic materials and their treatment
Kopečný, Aleš ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
This research the basic empirical knowledge about the processing of plastic materials. The following are analyzes of the nature of plastic materials and analysis of the use of these materials in the engineering industry. This paper deals with the technological methods of processing plastics. Specifically, it is done as a summary of information about the technologies needed for the production of molds for plastics. Key words
Economic encapsulation for integrated circuits and modules
Kristek, Michal ; Jankovský, Jaroslav (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
This Master´s thesis is about ways of packages of integration circuits and modules. Especially it´s about non-hermetic types of packages. One part of this paper are basic information about packaging and aspects in design of package. Next parts are design of test samples, which are package to epoxide powder material. Based on the results of the tests method, it will propose, where the technology will be used.
Pressure losses in heating systems
Švanda, Martin ; Horká, Lucie (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with pressure losses in heating systems. The diploma thesis is divided into three sections. The first part is theoretical and deals with the occurrence of pressure losses. It discusses the properties of the fluid that affect pressure losses. It also deals with hydrodynamic phenomena, flow distribution, pressure loss distribution and its calculations. The aim of the second part, which is practical, was to create a heating project for a selected object. The object is a two-floor kindergarten building located in Velké Němčice. For this project, two heating variants were created. For the first variant, radiators and heating benches were designed and for the second variant, underfloor heating was installed in the building. The goal was to use a source which will gain heat mainly from renewable sources, so the air / water heat pump was chosen as the source of heat production. The project ends with a technical report. The third part of the thesis is dedicated to an experiment which purpose was to find out how the pressure losses of the connecting pieces are reacting to the change with the change of the heating water conditions (flow, temperature). Alongside, two pipes were created which differed in the type of connecting pieces so it allowed to compare how their pressure losses differ. Both pipes were connected by radial pressing, but the fittings differed in the quality of the brass, and therefore in the construction. Also, part of the experimental section of the diploma thesis is a description of the course of radial pressing of fittings from the Herz company.
Assessment of workplace production line
Obritzhauser, Filip ; Zahálka, Jiří (referee) ; Tůma, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with design of workplaces production lines, witch are widely used today. All factors affecting work safety are analyzed. In the last part the thesis focuses on design of a typical workplace production line, witch is used for mounting a pressure sensor by molding.
Optimalization of parts bonded by hot crimping
Liškář, Ladislav ; Řiháček, Jan (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
The thesis describes the procedure for verifying the conceptual ideas of the company. Design and production of prototypes, testing and evaluation, quantifying savings. Two variants of crimped bond were chosen. For each was length of shaft changed to three and four crimped grooves. These prototypes were tested in two static and one dynamic tests. Recommendation for company is continue with other phases of development for shaft with four grooves.
Evaluation of Power Efficiency of Radioactive Waste Management Technologies Used in the Czech Republic
Penzinger, Pavel ; Varmuža, Jan (referee) ; Katovský, Karel (advisor)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of power efficiency of technologies for the radioactive waste management used in the Czech Republic. Thesis is divided into two main parts – theoretical part and a practical part. Theoretical part of the thesis deals with a brief description of the organization connected with radioactive waste operating in the Czech Republic and storage of low and intermediate level waste in the Czech Republic. This is followed by various kinds of radioactive waste division according to Czech legislation and regulations of the International Atomic Energy Agency. There is also a description of the most used technologies and methods o of radioactive waste management technology used in the Czech Republic and world. Practical part contains specific evaluation of energy efficiency of each technology for the radioactive waste management. Each evaluation contains the energy efficiency of production use materials and transport. Evaluates are technologies used consistently and for sufficient quantities. Energy efficiency is describe from the place of origin of radioactive waste, which is the Nuclear power plant Dukovany, Nuclear power plant Temelín and ÚJV Řež, a.s. The end of description is the repository site of radioactive waste Dukovany for radioactive waste from nuclear power plants or disposal site Richard for institutional radioactive waste.
Manufacturing of the water siphon by sheet metal forming
Toufar, Jan ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (referee) ; Jopek, Miroslav (advisor)
The thesis presents a design for the manufacturing of a foul air trap made of chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel resistant to corrosion 1.4301. In regards to the rotationally symmetrical shape of the air trap, the most fitting technology for manufacturing was deep drawing without thinning of the side and for the preparation of the blank shearing. The selected method of drawing, results in the necessity to utilize a triple action press, which allows for the optimal connection of all selected technologies into one combined tool. All technological calculations were determined and examined. Based on these calculations, a tool was designed. In this tool, the component is assembled out of a coil in three operations of one stroke. The selected machine for production is the press Dieffenbacher PO 250.
Construction and Making of a Shear Tools
Dziuban, Jiří ; Slaný, Martin (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis describes the production technology of cutting progressive dies and their modifications, the high-speed press production of instruments connectors for automotive speeds of up to 1350 strokes per minute. Production of these connectors leads to specific problems with the complexity of shape and exact dimensions. This paper describes the problems and faults found in the production of these connectors, some of their causes, and presents design modifications to remove them. All proposed design modifications have been applied in practice and can be widely applied to various tools.
